« on: August 08, 2012, 03:25:49 PM »
Jobs are tight, but many companies need certain types of
workers. The following have the five largest share of worker shortages
at the moment. If you can handle a career change, think about these:

Engineers- Civil engineers and biomedical engineers are in hot demand.
Computer engineers also will never lack work.

IT, information technology, is something almost every company and
business needs. Get a computer science degree and you will be set.
Everything runs on networks and computers.

Good sales people are in high demand. If you have a bachelor's degree,
you're set for some of the highest paying, like auto salesman. Other
sales jobs may not require one, but experience counts.

Accountants, bookkeeping, and finance opportunities abound. Companies
are looking to really get a hold on the bottom line.

Believe it or not, some trades that are skilled are also in demand.
Electricians and welder position sometimes can go unfilled.
